Erse Kablo’s Managers and Manager Candidates Participated In The “Leadership Development Program”

Erse Kablo which attaches great importance to training and development programs in order to contribute to increasing the motivations of its employees continues to putting exemplary practices in place in many areas ranging from motivation to internal communication in line with its understanding of management focused on.

“Leadership Development Program” carried out by the Human Resources Department of Erse Kablo has been completed in the month of April of this year. This program aims at supporting the development of the managers and candidate managers of Erse and giving them the opportunity to exhibite a more effective performance by providing them methods that would enable them to achieve better results in all work processes.

Workshops were organized together with the participants during the program which took place under the moderatorship of Fuat Yalçın who is one of the consultants of the company Eriksson & Associates. “Leadership Development Program” is an innovative and creative program aiming at bringing into the open the potential of both the officers themselves and their teams, developing their leadership and managerial skills and creating teams with a high performance.

With this program an investigative and constructive process has been completed those features of the managers and employees which are strong and must be further developed will be brought into the open, their effectiveness for receiving and giving feedback will be increased.
